i went for a bike ride this morning with freinds "yes i have freinds" and my mate said you can climb through this tunnel under the railway line which takes you onto the beach....he forgot to tell me there was a concrete lintel sticking out half way down.............

worst was riding my bike 2 miles to hospital with a scarf round my head like little red riding hood..................not a good look......
